Fencing Activities for Hen Parties, Hen Dos and Hen Weekends

Fencing

En garde!

Buckle your swash and amaze your girlfriends with your nimble-footed swordswomanship. A Fencing afternoon is the perfect hen weekend activity: tons of fun, easy to learn and hard to master!

You'll get a qualified instructor to take you through your paces - he'll show you and your besties the basic defences, attacks and parries before putting you to the test in the arena. Feint, quickstep and lunge your way to a place in the semi finals, then go for glory in the grand final sword-off!

'Creativity is the essence of fencing.' - Charles Allen

You'll be using beginner's foils - the lightest and most versatile fencing weapon. The tips will be covered so you can't accidentally damage each other, and there's plenty of protective equipment between you and the blade. Don your fencing mask, step into the white overalls of destiny, and take up your position on the mat! It's the hen do head to head and you're gonna smash it!

Fencing is an absolutely unique hen party activity - something no-one in your group is likely to have tried before. Sharpen up those reflexes, dance around your opponent like The Bride from Kill Bill, and learn the satisfaction of hearing the referee score your hits. Fencing will either have your GFs in stitches, or totally concentrated on leaving their mark. Either, way, it's a winner. Touche!
