Your girls' night out starts with a cocktail making lesson hosted by a barman who can mix a Martini that'd go down well with 007. He'll show you how to strain, muddle, mix and shake spirits, mixers and juices. You could learn how to release the flavour in fresh mint to make the perfect Mojito or double strain a Cosmo and finish with a slice of lime. Try each other's creations and find out which hen is cocktail queen!
