Cheerleading Lesson

Looking for something fun that will break the ice and get the girls in the mood for a big Bournemouth hen weekend? Cheerleading lessons are all about losing your inhibitions, boosting confidence and learning new moves to pop's biggest floorfillers.

Quirky, cool, fun and challenging, cheerleading is a real giggle and a great workout.

Lessons typically last 1.5 - 2 hours and take place in a centrally located studio.

Your session starts with an energising warm-up, then it's straight into the pom pom routines. The instructor will teach your group a routine to cheers that incorporate the bride's name.

If you're feeling adventurous, the instructor can include stunting elements for a vertical challenge!

Absolute beginners and more advanced movers are welcome. Bournemouth hen weekend cheerleading lessons are designed to cater for all skill levels.

The price includes the provision of pom poms and instruction. Feel free to bring your own cheerleading outfits and do the fancy dress thing! Trainers are recommended.
