Chocolate Workshop

Looking for an activity guaranteed to go down well with the girls on your Bournemouth hen weekend? A chocolate workshop is just what the hen doctor ordered! Indulge to the max and make like Nigella by whipping up a batch of magically delicious Belgian truffles.

Your 2.5-hour course is led by a master chocolatier who will reveal how beans are transformed into bars before showing you how to dip and decorate your own truffles using specialist techniques.

You will learn how to create subtly flavoured fillings, design 25 truffles and decorate them with different toppings. Finally you will box them up, make them look pretty with packaging and take them home to share - or scoff by yourself.

A Bournemouth hen weekend chocolate workshop can be booked for 10AM or 2PM.
