Format
Ok, here's how it works:
On arrival at the dance studio you'll be welcomed by a professional choreographer. After a fun cardio warm-up, the instructor will stick Single Ladies on the sound system and turn up the volume.
The choreographer will break down Beyonce's sizzling dance routine into single steps, making it easier to learn. When you've mastered a sequence, you'll move onto the next one and then put the lot together at the end.
Expect to do loads of stomping, strutting, shimmying and hair tossing. Expressions should be fierce and butts thrust out at every available opportunity!
The bride will take the starring role of course. Singing along is actively encouraged so fire up those pipes in plenty of time for the hen do.
