Hen Party Goody Bags

It doesn't matter if you're 5 or 50; everyone loves a goody bag! The latest hen party trend is to give the girls a bag of treats. However, in a twist on the primary school birthday party version, hen bags are handed out at the start, not the end.

There are no set rules about what to include but the general idea is to have a giggle, be creative and keep it cheap. Matching what goes in your bags to any theme you may have chosen is a good place to start.

No goody bag would be complete without cake!

Go retro with balloons, lollipops, bubbles and party poppers.

If you're planning a cheeky hen do package with all the trimmings, go to town with sashes, whistles, headbands, dare cards and willy straws.

If a clubbing Ibiza hen party is on the cards, put together a hen party goody bag with glowsticks and whistles.

Planning a more sophisticated hen party idea? If you've got the time and the inclination, pop cupcakes in a goody bag, along with cocktail umbrellas, mini shampoos, and little extras like nail polish. Again, you don't have to spend a fortune.

A survival kit is another great idea. Again, it's inexpensive and you can pop in all sorts of little essentials that will make the girls smile and come in handy the morning after the night before! Plasters, toothbrushes, mini tubes of toothpaste, bottles of water and Paracetamol will be a godsend after one too many Mojitos!
