Your group will learn how to grip the pole, walk round it and perform simple spins, moves and cool tricks.

After a warm-up, the teacher will demonstrate the moves and you'll learn a simple routine to perform at the end.

The lap dance session will show you how to perform sizzling moves that will have your man eating out of your hand. From the grinding circle to the turn and the slap and tickle and the body slide, all bases are covered!
