A chef will show you how to mix a perfect martini and dip the rim of the glass in premium melted chocolate. While your sipping on heaven you'll move on to the next section of the course.

After you've master the ultimate chocolate martini it's time to get to grips with cupcake making and decorating. This is a no brainer for a hen party. Who doesn't love cake? You'll discover the secrets behind making batter that produces cupcakes so light and fluffy they'll melt in the mouth. Make them look pretty with your newfound piping and decorating skills. Take them home to share with family (no chance if you're anything like us!) or scoff the whole box back at the hotel.
