It's a massive hit with hen parties who've got a wild sense of adventure. This mad sport will have you fist pumping the air with cheer. To say it's adrenaline charged would be an understatement.

Never done Hydrospeed before? That's not uncommon, but don't worry, ladies. This isn't aimed at the experts. A hen party Hydrospeed session is ideal for beginners and goes through the basics. Simple!

No experience is needed for this jaw dropping experience, just turn up and get stuck in. Safety is paramount. We only send our bride tribes to accredited water sport centres and sites. Experienced Hydrospeed instructors will be on hand throughout the entire session to show you the ropes, keep you safe and supply invaluable tips on how to get the most out of your session on the water.

After a quick meet and greet, your group will go through a safety briefing, then it's time to get suited and booted. Your hen party will be supplied with helmets, wetsuits, booties and floatation aids. You'll be shown how to control the rafts and float along in calm waters before moving on to surfing the white water. The adrenaline rush is mind boggling and it's more intense than white water rafting, as you can feel the thrust of the charging currents. What are you waiting for ladies?
