When you've all limbered up, grab a pole and start with a bit of floor work. Nail walking around the pole, try the half turn, smash hip circles, frisk the pole and do the body wave.
Now you're cookin' it's time for some spins. Learn the front hook, do the Martini spin and have a go at the Hollywood. Add a few smouldering poses like the knee bridge and pin-up girl to the mix and you've got a pole dancing routine that'll make any man weak in the knees.
