It's a cross between cocktail and chocolate making, with a lot of tasting thrown in for good measure. This is a sinful session led by a master chef in the heart of the capital city. This session will see your girls mix their own chocolate martinis. For a really wicked cocktail, dip the rim of the glass into melted milk chocolate. Dribble!

Next, it's time to get stuck into some gorgeous fresh cream truffle making. The chef will show your group how to create fabulous fresh truffles. Invaluable if the bride is thinking of making her own wedding favours.

The girls will feel like kids in a sweet shop when they create their truffles. Make your truffles pretty, box them up with ribbons and take them home to share or scoff by yourself!
