Get your train tickets, grab a bottle of prosecco and pick up plastic wine glasses; we're off to the capital for London Old School Sports Day! Before you get all glammed up to go out in Covent Garden, Soho or Mayfair, stick your hair in a high pony, put your pumps on and pull your socks up for a bunch of races that let your inner child go crazy. Forget the responsibilities of adult life and have fun skipping, jumping, bopping and hopping. The egg and spoon is in there and you'll have a scream doing the three-legged race.

Get involved, giggle louder than a gaggle of 8-year-olds, fist punch the air and feel that warm glow of pride when your team wins a race.
