You don't need to be a gymnast to enjoy a cheerleading class. This is a hen party in Cornwall, not half time at the American Superbowl! Your dance teacher will give everyone a set of pom poms, warm you up and then show you simple cheerleading moves before putting them together in a big routine that you'll perform at the end.

You'll have a blast chanting, cheering, rustling your pom poms, dancing and singing. If anyone can do a decent cartwheel you may even be able to put a bit of tumbling into your cheerleading routine.
