Let's hear it for the bride!

Fresh from the US, cheerleading is the latest dance craze to take the hen circuit by storm. A Sheffield Cheerleading Lesson will break the ice, bond the whole group and get everyone in the mood for some girly fun.

Have a giggle and get a great workout as you jump around to some top tunes and shake those pom poms! An experienced instructor will teach you the basic moves and a few vertical stunts if you're feeling confident! If not, no worries. The instructor will tailor the session to suit with cheers based around the bride's name. Your group will learn a couple of simple routines to perform at the end of the lesson using funky dance movements, cheers and pom poms.

Feel free to go the whole hog with full-on fancy dress! Pom poms are provided but why not get into the true spirit of the session and get the girls to come in full cheerleading outfits?
