Make like Private Benjamin on your hen party when you smash an afternoon at a top notch Assault Course. Getting the girls together for a challenging afternoon is a great way to spark some team spirit and get the girls back on top form after a night on the prosecco. Get the camo suits out and slap on the war paint; we're off on an Army adventure.

You know the drill, girls: over the high wall, under the scramble net and swing to victory! An assault course is way more exciting than a sesh at the gym and a helluva lot more fun.

Breathe in the fresh countryside air, tackle all sorts of stations as a team and leave no woman behind! Everyone in the hen party has to smash each challenge before the whole group can move on to the next station. Split up into teams and battle it out to get round the course the fastest.

It's pretty straightforward...until the 'Sarge orders each team to dismantle and re-assemble a cannon after each station! Better get a wriggle on if you want to beat the other team.

Don't worry, ladies. You don't have to be as hard as G.I. Jane to tackle the course. It's challenging but not mission impossible. Come on, girls, it's time to show the boys how badass is done!
