Adrenaline levels will be pumping and pulses pounding right off the charts with an exhilarating day of action on the coast that includes a whopping seven activities.

Abseil a rock face, fly high above a beach on a zip line, inch across a tightrope, smash an assault course and finish the day feeling like a bunch of kickass super heroines!

Adventure days out on the cliffs are tailored to suit each hen party. Beginners are welcome but you'll need to be fairly fit to handle this kind of exercise, and also be the kind of girls who love taking on a real challenge. When you arrive at the site, you'll be greeted by qualified instructors who know the coastline back to front. They'll get you all kitted out and ready to rock.

After your safety briefing, it's time to get stuck in. The activities get more challenging and exciting as the day progresses, but you'll be amazed at how your confidence levels will rocket to their highest levels. Your instructors are brilliant at boosting confidence and getting you to push it that teensy bit further. Don't worry, you won't have to do anything you genuinely aren't comfortable with.
