Taster pole dancing lessons are ideal for bride tribes as you learn the basics in a fun, relaxed setting. No one needs to be able to do the splits, this isn't Flashdance! The idea is to learn simple spins, transitions and do a little floor work to music that brings out your inner vixen. You'll be amazed by how much you can learn in an hour or so.

Each pole class starts with a quick warm up to get your adrenaline going and put everyone at her ease. The big goal is to get everyone to perform a simple pole dancing routine at the end of the class. No pressure, just fun! You'll combine everything you've learned during the class into a routine that's broken down into single moves so it's easy to follow.

By the end of the class, all the girls on the bride's final weekend of freedom will have sky high confidence levels, the hen do spirit will be bubbling and everyone will be ready to take to the bars and clubs to show off a few new moves. Hen party perfection? Definitely!
