When you arrive at the activity site, you'll be greeted by a friendly, experienced group of instructors. They'll take you through a safety briefing and get you kitted out in your safety gear. Before you can move from one activity to the next, you'll have to complete the previous one. It takes more than one woman to complete a challenge on the assault course.
