It's gone down a storm in the UK and now the craze has hit the 'Dam! Round up the girls - you're off for a session of hilarity with Amsterdam Bubble Football. You don't need to pay for Ajax FC to do this crazy activity on your hen weekend. A sense of humour is more important than talent and skill. Think five-a-side gone bonkers!

Split into teams and play the beautiful game - but wait - you'll be wearing big plastic cocoons that cover heads, bodies and thighs. Only your knees and feet are left free... Oh my!

Bubble footy is hilarious, challenging and so frustrating! Half the battle is not rolling around in a fit of the giggles as you watch your mates going for the ball, bouncing off each other and ending up with legs kicking in the air. Just when you think you're on target to get the ball in the back of the net, another hen bops you with her bubble and it's all over. Waaah!

There are referees to keep the whole thing descending into total chaos and you can try a few different games to mix things up a bit. There's no better way to blow off steam and fire up your team spirit. Take a break from red lights, canals and coffee shops, and try something truly wacky!
