You'll get guns, goggles and enough paintballs to get the Expendables through a mission. Split into teams, choose a soldier name, then it's time to lock, load and get this hen party on the war path!

You'll warm up with an attack and defend style mission and then graduate to games that require top notch tactics and plenty of teamwork.

Come on, ladies! The beaches will still be there when you get back. Take a break from sunning yourselves on Arroyo and run wild in the hills. There are dense bushes for sneak attacks, oil drums to dive behind and wide open spaces where you can really get your G.I Jane on.

Who will be crowned combat queens and who will be the ones left buying the shots later?

Tell the girls to bring old clothes and trainers on the trip, they will get splattered despite the overalls. This is war and we're fighting dirty!
