It's hen party gold! Get the flares, wigs and platform shoes out, we're off to a Birmingham ABBA dance class!

Ladies, it's time to go retro and experience the all-singing, all-dancing 1970s sensation. This is the most fun you can have on a hen weekend in B'ham. If you love the Mamma Mia movie and can't resist warbling away to Waterloo, this dance class is a must do.

After a quick warm-up, your instructor will show your bride tribe some of Agnetha and Frida's fabulous moves, set to the supergroup's biggest hits, including Dancing Queenand Take a Chance on Me.

At the end of the session, your group will perform a fun final routine based on the sounds and dance sounds of the decade that changed the face of music forever.

A dance class is perfect if you've got a hen party with ladies of all ages and want to do something that everyone will enjoy. It doesn't matter if you've got two left feet or have never danced a step in your life. The idea is to have a giggle, let go, lose yourself in the music and dance (and sing!) to some classic ABBA tracks.
