Before you hit the Bullring for a few wedding gifts or those last-minute accessories for the bride’s hen night, gather the girls for an afternoon of decadent treats with the Birmingham Cheese Lovers Afternoon Tea experience. Brilliant if the bride loves a bit of cheese – or a lot of it – this will line those tummies, bond the girls and give you a break in between shopping, drinking and dancing.
Sure, you could do bog standard afternoon tea with the ladies, but it’s your BFF’s hen weekend. It requires something more than bog standard! This event won’t let you down, with plenty of tasty treats that’ll tantalise the taste buds and give all the ladies the energy to keep going well past sundown. Getting it sorted doesn’t have to be a headache. Our hen party planners have been sending bride tribes to B’ham for years and will have it sorted in a snap.
On the day, you’ll round up the ladies and head over to a popular city centre venue for your reservation time. There, you’ll be greeted by a great group of staff and take seats in a reserved section of the venue. The staff will serve up a decadent cheese board with types of cheese from all over the continent. From nutty blues to creamy brie and more. Tuck in and taste something unforgettable.
To make sure everyone leaves on a full tummy, you’ll have Comte Alexandre white, red or rosé wine to wash down all the goodness, cups of tea, herbal tea or coffee an even Croque Monsieur, stuffed with ham and gooey cheese. If that doesn’t get your mouth watering, nothing will!
In a nutshell:
• Afternoon tea with cheese

• 6x slices of Croque Monsieur
• 2x cups of tea, herbal tea or coffee
