Get into the groove and play to win. When the instructor gets the hits out and starts the dance-off, you won't be able to help yourself. Give in to music, get on the floor and shake it like a Polaroid picture.

Here's the deal: you get a court for about an hour, an instructor, and all the gear you need to play. Then it's party time. Get pumped up for the games by owning the dance-off, then bust out your best dodgeball moves to a soundtrack of whopping great hits from decades gone by. We don't know exactly what's on the playlist but we can tell you that every track has been selected to go with each dodgeball game so you know it's gonna be good!

Speaking of games, the instructor will get you involved in all sorts, from last man standing to offshoots based on playground games from primary school.

Come on! You can't spend the whole hen weekend on Brighton beach. Well, you could but it wouldn't be a very different. Mix things up a little with massive tunes and hilarious laughs with disco dodgeball. What's not to love about this activity?
