This is the kind of activity that makes you feel like you can take on the world. Take a leap of faith, climb, scramble, abseil, fly and stick to fingers up to fear (and the doubters!). We've found a thrilling course set up in the lush Sussex countryside.

Spend three exhilarating hours nailing tasks, obstacles and activities. Qualified instructors will get you up in the air. They're megs supportive and will help you get over your fear, and nail those challenges. Smash them and walk around 'London by the Sea' buzzing.

This may not be your average hen do activity - but it isn't just for adrenaline junkies, although those rush craving ladies will absolutely love it! Facing scary but satisfying challenges is great for bonding, which is just what you want on a girly weekend. Join forces and cheer each other on as you face everything from a zip line to a climbing tower. There's a crate challenge, vines and a leap of faith that will make your heart hammer against your chest. Can you catch the trapeze bar and then have the guts to leap off the high platform? There's only one way to find out!

Whether you're new to high ropes or have done it loads, you'll have an amazing day in the great outdoors.
