A Grease dance class is perfect for groups of all ages. Everyone knows the words backwards and the big dance routines are so simple to master with no fancy footwork whatsoever. The hand jive is about as complicated as it gets so those with two left feet won't feel overwhelmed. Anyone from 18-80 can get involved. Each Grease dance sessions starts with a warm up followed by a hand jive class set to a master mix of hits from one of the most popular musicals of all time. Think Greased Lightning, Summer Nights, and You're the One That I Want.

Grease dance sessions take place in a Cardiff city centre bar or dance studio close to key attractions like the International Arena, the Millenium Stadium and the stunning St David's shopping centre.
