Say what? It's true: Derby Battlezone Archery allows you to enjoy the excitement of a combat situation without the risk. Two sides battle for points in a bunch of short and thrilling paintball and dodgeball games. No guns or balls. We're going old skool for this one: your weapon of choice is a bow and arrow. A true warrior's weapon! The pointy ends have been swapped for rounded rubber ones. These absorb shock, and you get face masks and body padding too. No stinging balls of paint. This is a great alternative to standard paintball and something new that will make your hen weekend unforgettable.

Remember the old dodgeball rule: it's time to get mean! Absolutely no prisoners. You'll play around five games over one hour. They're all different. Some involve cones and bunkers. Others are speed games. There are surprises, penalties and bonuses in the mix as well. It's pretty intense!

You don't have to head off to the Peak District to do it, either. The considerate guys who created this awesome event have brought it to a bunch of city centre venues. Get your fight on and have time for traditional hen party stuff and essentials like exploring the Cathedral Quarter.
