We're off on a horsey hen do with an afternoon of Derby Horse Riding Gymkhana. Have a right giggle with classics like potato racing, and then head off on a hack down the bridle path.

On arrival at the stables, say hi to your instructors and get kitted out with horse riding hats. Then, it's off to meet the horses! Each rider is paired with a horse appropriate for her size and experience. The introductory lesson will get everyone on her horse and riding. When the whole group is on horseback and comfortable, it's time to get stuck into some gymkhana games! You could play simple games like walk, trot and canter, get competitive with a bending race, and even do a few small jumps if you're feeling confident.

After the games, you'll go on a short horse riding trek and take in the gorgeous Derbyshire countryside. A great choice for groups of all abilities, a horsey hen do in Derby is something a bit different that will definitely be remembered!
