Essentially, it's a 5 a side match with a twist. The girls have to wear inflatable body suits, which leave only their legs free to kick the ball. It's harder than it looks - and it didn't look that easy to begin with...

You'll die laughing as your bessies fall on their inflatable behinds every time they try to kick the ball. Set pieces and tactics soon go out the window when even the best footballers in your hen party are rolling about on their backs like blow-up bugs!

When you've bounced and bobbled your way to victory, we'll bring out a scrummy buffet. After all the running and laughing, you've definitely burned off enough calories to scoff chicken wings, sausages, spring rolls, onion rings and wedges without guilt! If you're feeling really peckish, upgrade to curry with rice or chips for a little extra. And if you want to go back to central Dublin with a headstart on the evening, you can upgrade your drinks to pitchers too. She shoots, she scores!
