Essex It's a Knockouthas landed. If you're into the idea of spending Saturday afternoon bouncing around on a bunch of whacking great inflatables with your besties, this is activity for you. Laugh loads watching everyone else bop, bash, crash, slip and slide. There will be foam. There will be fails. Someone will get a proper soaking. Giants and king-size penguins will be running around. It will be total carnage and you'll have the best day ever.

Here's how this works: we run Stag & Hen It's a Knockout Essex on Saturday afternoons from spring until autumn. Getting booked on is super easy. Pick a date, come up with a team name and we'll reserve you a slot. You can have up to 10 people in your team. The venue is nice and convenient for Essex or London. You'll get all the details ' including address, directions, times and instructions - when you book your team place.

You've got to do the team strip thing. As this is Essex and you're on a hen party, TOWIE fancy dress would be absolutely perfect. We've seen it all on the fancy dress front: cheerleaders, ballet dancers, tutus, Baywatch - and that's just the boys! We've even had Elvis put in an appearance. Pick your favourite theme, dress up and get in the zone.

You can't let a bunch of stags beat you. Gold is ripe for the taking, and you get a bottle of bubbly if you win. Podium spray alert! Go on; get out there and give it your all!
