In my book, a hen weekend in Barcelona beats a Paris hen do and London hands down. Golden sandy beaches, tapas feasts, crisp fruity cava, amazing beach clubs, elaborate sandcastles, wavy buildings, vivid mosaics, the pretty Park Guell and Gaudi's Sagrada Familia with its soaring spires and sculptures of bulls, winged men, eagles and lions.

AMSTERDAM Hen Do
Amsterdam hen do city breaks aren't just for stags! Hen weekends in Amsterdam are becoming increasingly popular and with good reason. I had such a blast the first time that I went back at the first available opportunity. There's SO much more to Amsterdam than the Red Light District. Where else can you find a floating hotel, a flower market and a museum of fluorescent art called Electric Ladyland?
Amsterdam if full of weird and wonderful attractions, bars, shops, restaurants clubs and cafes. It definitely tops the list of fascinating city breaks in Europe.
Things to do: blow karting on the beach (yes really!), indoor snowboarding, striptease workshop, canal boat tour, drag queen dinner.
BRISTOL Hen Weekend
I thought long and hard about this one. Bristol hen weekend city breaks might not have the glamour of London or the madness of Dublin but that's the point. Brizzle is laid back, fun, creative and friendly. It's like someone took all the best bits of some of the most famous cities in Europe and plonked them all in a melting pot. You've got the beautiful Bristol Downs for hen party picnics, the lovely pubs of trendy Clifton, the fab bars of Park Street, shows at the Hippodrome, quirky cafes, and great shopping at Cabot Circus. If you're after 'something for everyone' city breaks in the UK, Bristol is hard to beat and it's budget friendly too. No brainer!
