Last Minute Hen Party
It’s time to plan and book the hen party! We have all been there where we plan something last minute but leaving the hen do until last minute can mean not always getting exactly what you and the girls would want. But, with Hen Weekends our aim is to make sure you have a fabulous weekend whether it is last minute or not. Take a look at some of these points below that you should take into consideration when booking a last minute hen party:
Call or Email ASAP:
The quicker you give us a call or send an email the quicker we can get the ball rolling with the planning of the hen weekend. We can get a quote over to you with all the activities and accommodation you have asked for. Until you call us or email, we can’t take the stress away from you!
Be Flexible:
As we are booking some activities and accommodation last minute you will need to be open to being flexible with the timings of these and when they can slot into your hen weekend. We may need to shuffle the order of your plans around to enable us to book your chosen activities.
Be open to our suggestions:
Our hen party planners are very experienced in creating brilliant weekends for groups so let us suggest to you what we think may work best on the hen weekend with it being last minute. They may suggest options that you and the girls had not thought of yet.
Make decisions:
When we get back to you with your quote and proposal be quick to share this with the girls and make a decision on whether you will be going ahead with the hen do booking or if anything needs amending. The quicker you get this back to us the better as we wouldn’t want your chosen activities or accommodation to be gone.
Be Ready to Pay:
Make sure everyone is ready to pay the deposits or final balance so that you do not lose your booking. Get everyone on a WhatsApp group and make sure they know of the final balance deadline day.
Pre Orders:
Collect the pre orders in as quick as you can and send them over to us so that we can make sure the restaurants know your order in plenty of time. This way we can try to avoid any mistakes.
Be on Time:
We do ask that you pay your balance on time, this way your booking will be secure, and you can rest knowing that the trip will be going ahead as planned. If payments are not made on time it could lead to some activities being changed or cancelled.
