One of the top bucket list activities, Krakow Sphering will make you laugh scream and yell at the top of your lungs! It's an ideal activity for a hen do, as it's all about controlled danger and sharing a hilarious, thrilling experience with your best friends.

Charge down an 80m-long track by a lovely lake on the outskirts of Krakow at dizzying speed. Exciting with a deliciously scary thrill, it's daring but nowhere near as terrifying as something like skydiving or bungee jumping. Go on - wave goodbye to the single life with a wild ride in a big plastic bubble.

Never been sphering before? No worries. It's all very simple. In no time at all you'll be hurtling down the track having a total blast. Your bride tribe will have a zorb for two hours, which should be enough time for everyone in your hen party to have a go.

As the Zorb track is so near Krakow city centre, you'll be able to do your activity and still have loads of time left to see big sights like the Dragon's Lair, walk the Royal Way or go to shopping in Kazimierz.

Make sure at least one person in the group has a fully charged smartphone or camera primed and ready to go. You have to photograph the bride rolling down the track - it'll be the highlight of the hen party album!
