Get your girls together the morning before the night out to get those energy levels pumping. You're going to need them to keep going 'til the wee hours of the morning!

There's no experience required to take part, and it's great for everyone from your nan to your co-workers and best mates. There's no fancy footwork involves, and the instructor moves the class at a pace which matches your overall skill and ability. That way, no one feels left behind.

Your cheerleading lesson will be held in a private room of a bar or restaurant, or in a private studio. Gather your bride tribe and head down to the venue at the prearranged time, where you'll be met by your friendly instructor. She's brilliant at working with hen parties and large groups, and will have everyone feeling comfortable and ready to dance after a high-energy warm-up.

Once you're all warmed up, you'll move onto learning the steps of your group routine. The moves are easy to learn and the instructor will make sure no one feels left behind. Get in a bit of practice with the whole group, and before the end of calls you'll do one final show-stopping performance with everyone. Show off your newfound moves in the bars and clubs of Lincoln or wait until the wedding disco to bust out and surprise your guests!
