Not all brides want the same kind of send off and if your hen is more of the adrenaline junkie type this will be right up her street. Sign up your hen party and hit the court to blow off some steam before the bride's big day!

Everyone can take part, from your mum to your bestie. You don't need any experience and you don't have to be really physically fit to have a great time. It's incredibly easy to pick up and after a short introduction everyone will be running to the centre line to grab a ball and take down the competition!

Here's how it works: we'll take care of court hire and give you a time to be at the venue. It's in the city centre, so it won't be far from your accommodation if you're staying in town, and the bars, clubs, pubs and restaurants if you're not. Simply show up at the prearranged time, split your hen party into two teams and say hello to your event coordinator. She'll have all the equipment waiting when you get there, so everything is taken care of.

For an hour, your hen party will take part in a range of different dodgeball games. This is all about the fun, and it's a brilliant way to burn off those pesky cocktail calories from a massive night out. The girls are going to love it. Your hen party spirit will be pumping and the ice will well and truly be broken between the ladies who don't know one another. Come on, girls; you know it makes sense!
