If you're planning a hen party for a shy bride, or you've got a couple of girls in the bride tribe who'd rather not dance in front of people, you're in luck. The session we've planned for you takes place in a private room of a bar, restaurant or studio. You won't have any onlookers, so everyone will be comfortable throwing shapes. Head down to the venue at the prearranged time, and make sure all the ladies are wearing comfortable clothes which allow them to move around.

When you arrive the dance teacher will do a bit of a meet and greet, before moving onto a sexy warm-up to hot latin beats. Once everyone's limbered up and ready to do some dancing, you'll move into learning the basic salsa step. Get the basics down, then put them all together in one jaw dropping final routine with your favourite ladies!
