Get away from the dazzling, white sandy beaches and take to the tree tops for a swinging adventure. Feel the adrenaline as you take on the obstacles approximately 40 feet from the forest floor, expect to be challenged and exhilarated. The adrenaline levels will rise as you traverse rope brides, ride zip slides like Tarzan and Jane. The instructors will be on hand to guide you through the course so don't worry if any of the girls are feeling a little ropey.

One thing's for sure - everyone will remember that time you went monkey swinging on a Lisbon hen weekend. Once you're heading back into Lisbon buzzing and reward yourselves with some fabulous mojitos, you've certainly earned it! You can do this, round up the girls and go for it!
