You don't need to be a beanpole and it doesn't matter if fancy footwork isn't your forte. This is a lesson in sensual movement and the art of body language. Round up your fave ladies and come over to our dance studio in Puerto Banus. After a welcome drink, your friendly instructor will show you everything from saucy hip rolls to the famous figure 8 move.

As the class takes place in a private studio, you can relax and learn the basics without worrying that anyone is watching you. Marbs has plenty of bars and clubs with exotic Middle Easter themes where you can take your new moves out for a spin.

Most are in glitzy Puerto Banus but you'll find a couple of little gems in resorts like Elviria and Estopona, as well. Up for a bit of fancy dress? Go to your lesson dressed as belly dancers with scarves, crop tops, sequins and jangly bits. Have some fun with it - this is a hen party after all - not an addition for Britain's Got Talent!
