Never been paddleboarding before? It's like surfing but so much easier. The board is bigger; big enough for you to stand up on without worrying about it shooting out from under you, like with a surfboard. Even if some of the girls are a bit nervous about trying something new, it's OK. You'll have an instructor with you the whole time, to make sure that everyone gets comfortable with the experience.

No matter if you've got girls from Uni or your Nan on your hen weekend, everyone can get involved. The meeting point is located in Mylor Harbour, a short drive from Newquay city centre. When you arrive, you'll be welcomed by your instructor, go through a safety briefing and get your buoyancy aids strapped on.

You'll discover how to keep your balance and even have a chance to witness some of the beautiful coastline. Ideal if you're trying to banish a hangover from the previous night, the girls will feel refreshed and ready to take on the bars, clubs and pubs in this hot, seaside destination. Get your names down! Top tip - Bring a towel and a change of clothes, you will get wet.
