After a mood-enhancing warmup to some bangin' tunes, an experienced instructor will take your group through the basics of pole dancing. You'll discover how to walk round the pole and pose like a total saucepot! Find out how to grip the pole and perform simple spins and sensual moves that'll drive your partner to distraction.

Once you've worked through pole dancing, you'll move on the lap dancing portion. With a bit of confidence and some help from the instructor, your hen party will learn everything you need to really make men melt when you start turning on the charm!
