You're planning a hen do in the home of Nottingham FC, the team that won back-to-back European Cups under legendary manager, Brian Clough! It would be rude not to include a bit of footy in your hen party - say hello to Nottingham Bubble Football!

Forget boring old five-a-side, you'll be playing something much more epic! Put giant plastic spheres over your heads and swap dribbling and tackling for rolling and bouncing. We've made things even more interesting by adding a pretty male ref to the mix. Ladies - you'll have your work cut out!

Can anyone stop spinning around long and laughing long enough to score? Will the ref send everyone off for being naughty? Will you be so busy bouncing and bopping that you completely forget you're supposed to be playing a round of footy? There is a bottle of pink bubbly for the winning team - so get motivated, girls!

When the whistle blows and it's all over, finish with a couple of team games you'll remember from the playground. Then, pop over to West Bridgford for drinks on the banks of the River Trent. It's also where you'll find Notts Forest's home stadium, City Ground. There are some lovely waterside bars and pubs here, perfect for cheeky post-match tipples. You could easily lose track of time and end up spending your hen night in one of the poshest parts of Nottingham.
