Break the ice and whip up team spirit with a hen party afternoon on a Nottingham cheerleading lesson!

This sexy, sassy dance form has bounced its way all the way from the USA to Notts! Get busy with the pom poms and put the girls in the party mood with fun cheers, music and dancing. The bride gets to be head cheerleader and the rest of the party are her squad. Fans of cheerleading flick Bring it On will have a brilliant time.

You'll be doing cheer routines to the 80s classic Hey Mickey! You've seen the music video, now it's your turn to have a go. A dance teacher who's far friendlier than Glee's Sue Sylvester will have you all bouncing, bopping and shaking your pom poms!

Don't worry; you won't have to make a pyramid or do anything scary like the splits. This is a hen do not a test! Our friendly instructor will tailor the class to the groups overall skill level and make it loads of fun for everyone.

Notts is a great place to try cheerleading. The Capital FM Arena was proud to hold the National Cheer and Dance Championships in 2014 and the city has a massive cheer community. You may discover a hidden talent on your hen do!
