Go wild on the rapids with your hen party in Nottingham...

Head off to an activity centre a short distance from the city centre, where your hen party will be welcomed by your tubing guide. Before you get started, everyone will go through a safety briefing and be give your wet suits, buoyancy aids and helmets to protect you on your adventure. You begin in a training section of the rapids. They're gentle and will let you get the hang of the real experience without jumping straight in.

Once everyone's got the hang of it, you'll head out to the big boys. It's time to jump into the white water rapids. Get ready to scream, whoop and cheer as the water splashes over the sides and you get soaked.
