We've found an outdoor paintball centre just half an hour's drive away from Paris, which offers some of the best fighting terrain in the region. You'll be running missions in the woods, fields and purpose built zones around the centre. Catch the hen, capture the flag or just blow the actual heck out of each other. Channel your inner Lara as you dive over tree trunks or attack the enemy position!

Your hen party gets 300 paintballs, all the equipment and safety gear you need, and a full briefing from a centre expert.

You can also add other activities onto your paintball package, including rodeo riding and sumo fighting. If you want to make it a really big day, there's the option to book an all-out paintball war complete with 1,000 balls and a fortress to capture. Who will emerge victorious?
