Hunting for hen do ideas that'll bowl the girls over? Sphering will do that - literally! Nothing beats rolling down a run in a massive plastic bubble for pure silliness. The girls will be well excited and you'll have a right scream. The site is just half an hour from central Prague so you can get your roll on and still have loads of time to do the Castle and take a stroll along Charles Bridge.

Arrive at the site, where you'll meet the instructors and have a safety briefing before diving into your sphere. Feel the rush of rolling downhill without being able to do a single thing about it. You'll be at the mercy of the sphere and the laws of science. Hand over control and get the kind of buzz you feel from riding a rollercoaster. Only this time, there are no rails. It's just you, the sphere and Mother Nature!

Sphering is the kind of crazy, addictive activity that'll make you want to fist pump the air and shout: 'Again, again!' like a big kid.

Where better to try something as crazy as sphering than quirky, cool Prague? And a on a hen weekend, too! Prague is full of weird and wonderful stuff. Where else can you find nuclear bunkers beneath hotels and a cheeky fountain with sculptures of two people peeing? There's definitely something a bit bonkers about the Czech capital.
