Climb the 9m-high pole, stand on the end of the platform and feel your heart hammer in your chest as the trapeze swings towards you.

Will you leap and catch it? 'Course you will! You can totally smash this! Screw up the courage to reach for the bar and jump. You'll feel like you can accomplish anything after leaping through the air for the trapeze. If you're feeling daring, ask for the trapeze to be moved further away - or grab the exciting opportunity to do a double act. That takes serious timing...up for the challenge?

The activity site's professional instructors will guide your hen party through everything. Strap yourselves into your safety gear, grab those helmets and pay close attention to your safety briefing. The instructors are there to make sure that everyone has a great time in a super safe setting.
