Dodgeball's a bit harsh...unless you add a whole bunch of floor filling tunes to the mix. Then it's mean but funny because there's singing and dancing, which everyone loves. Get your girls together for an afternoon of Sheffield Disco Dodgeball on your hen weekend. You'll have a sports court to yourselves, an instructor to organise the event and act as ref, plus all the gear you need to play. Want to do fancy dress for the Sheffield hen do? Go right ahead. It's not every day you get the chance to do team strip. Go for it!

If you've never played before you're in for a right laugh. When you've smashed the dance-off your instructor will launch into the games. There are a few different ones to play to make things more interesting and keep the girls on their toes.
