This is outdoor adrenaline action on a grand scale. You'll mix climbing with swimming, scrambling with jumping, and tricky manoeuvres with outright crazy stunts as you travel from one end of the gorge to the other! Can you keep up the pace, as you forge through the white water with the spectacular scenery of the Peak District all around you?

This is a wet, wild, and thoroughly brilliant addition to any hen weekend in Sheffield. The girls will be kitted out in full safety gear, including waterproof overalls, but expect to get very wet indeed. Ducking under waterfalls, smashing through rapids and dropping into pools, you're in for a massive drenching!

This is one of the most exhilarating hen weekend activities we've ever done. Bring a complete change of clothes and shoes and a towel, and suit up for the adventure. You're going to love it!
