You'll all learn the stops of the dance that had parents up in arms back in the 1950s. Rock 'n roll dancing might look like clean fun in the 21st Century, but back in the day it was slang for sex!

We'll take care of everything for you, all you've got to do is show up! On arrival, you'll be greeted by a mega talented dance teacher who's got bags of experience teaching big groups like hen parties. The lesson is tailored to match the ability of the group, so everyone will be able to keep up and have fun.

Warm up, then find a partner and practice beginner moves like the back step, side rock and the underarm turn. Once you've got a rhythm going, you'll be rockin' round the room like they do on Strictly. Put all the moves together, stick Bill Haley & The Comets on the sound system, and get the whole bride tribe dancing together!
