Safety is top priority. We only work with qualified climbing instructors who know their areas intimately and use quality equipment. Beginners will learn how to use harnesses, clips and ropes safely, and master the proper climbing techniques before getting stuck into some real rock climbing.

All equipment is supplied on arrival, and instruction is included in the price of rock climbing hen weekends. Just bring trainers or climbing shoes, loose comfortable clothing and a ‘can do' attitude!
