If jumping out of a plane is on your bucket list, there's no better time to pop your cherry than a pre wedding party! Screw up the courage to jump with an experienced, trained instructor and you'll be so stoked you did it. The buzz is like drinking 15 espressos in one go!

You only live once. Take chances!

You don't need any experience whatsoever. If you're planning skydiving for a hen do, all you have to do is bring valid ID and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move around easily. Avoid heavy boots, heels and open toe shoes. Ordinary trainers are ideal.

Feel free to eat something nice and light before skydiving. Obviously a roast dinner isn't a great idea but taking the plunge when you're starving hungry wouldn't allow you to get maximum enjoyment out of the experience.

Skydiving isn't just about the adrenaline rush. This is a golden opportunity to get a bird's eye view of the world. Looking out of a plane window is no substitute!
